Rory is a therapist at Trisha Johnson Therapy Group who is passionate about supporting children and adolescents. She creates a warm, supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore their feelings and better understand themselves and the world around them.
Rory is a licensed social worker (LSW) who specializes in ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. She draws from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and traditional talk therapy. When appropriate, she collaborates with parents, guardians, and school personnel to ensure children receive consistent support across all settings.
Rory earned her Master’s degree in Social Work and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Social Work and Psychology from the University of Kansas. Her clinical training focused on supporting youth and families in both crisis and therapeutic settings.
Outside of the office, Rory enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
